We have received several emails and phone calls from you, our customers, asking if we are open during this current world health crisis. Those of you who have already called or emailed are happy to know we are indeed open! We are here for you. Because we are a small company and our warehouse is located outside of the Portland metro area, it is easy for us to maintain physical distancing in our office and warehouse. And, in case you weren’t aware already, we have always adhered to Good Manufacturing Practices, which include regular cleaning schedules. This is crucial to maintain the level of quality Vitanica puts forth in our health support products. In addition, we increased sanitation efforts in order for our people to feel safe while we are in the office/warehouse. The manufacturing facilities are always and continue to operate with the highest quality standards to ensure the Vitanica supplements you have come to know and love over the years are available for you. All of our raw materials are tested for identity, impurities, active compounds and freshness. Every machine is cleaned thoroughly in between batches.
For our office staff, we are also allowing people to work remotely if needed, especially for child care or if concerned at all about well-being. All of this allows us to continue to be here for you. We will return your email query within 24 hours in most cases, during the aforementioned business hours. In general, we are not experiencing a delay in shipping orders out during our business hours. We are no longer out of stock of the immune support items and we are working to maintain good inventory levels so as not to run out. Raw materials testing and procedures including finished product testing, help to ensure our consistent quality but it does take time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
